If you want to return your purchased item(s) please send us a request by email.

Return of the delivered goods can only take place after prior written approval by email . A prerequisite for this is that the purchase
of the relevant matters happened within a period of 15 working days before the return request. Return requests must be made stating
the number of the invoice / order confirmation and provided with a clear description of the items and/or article numbers
Preferably we also like the reason for return request.

Silverview expressly reserves the right not to honor requests.
If Silverview allows things to be returned, Silverview will send you an email with approval.
Silverview can also give you another proposal, like a discount, (partial)refund, sending spareparts, etc.

After approval if the goods must be returned, we like the return goods returned within a period of 15 working days from the date of grant. During the aforementioned period of 15 working days the goods must be received at the Silverview warehouse.
Don’t forget to mention your name, address and invoice number on the package.

Only things that are complete, in unused condition, and undamaged condition and in their original packaging, without (printed)
adhesive tape and no written text on the packaging can be returned and can be accepted. The customer bears all responsibility for the items being returned. Except in case of an obvious mistake of Silverview, the costs for return are borne by the customer.

Silverview has the right to charge a handling fee for the returned items, if they are not in resaleable new condition.
Damage or loss occured by transport to Silverview are at the senders risk. In case of damage we will provide evidence by sending pictures.

Items that have been ordered/manufactured especially on order for the customer cannot be returned.
Ordered items that are not in the standard assortment cannot be returned.
Ordered items that are in the standard assortment, but different sizes or colours cannot be returned.

The warranty with regard to the goods delivered by Silverview is limited both in content and duration, up to 1 year, unless otherwise indicated. Low value items may have a different warranty period of 6 months.
For goods delivered to consumers, or ordered by consumers, a different one may apply warranty period apply if it is specified by dutch law.
Warranty provisions only apply when corresponding to the destination use of the delivered goods.
